There are more than 100 electronic control units (ECUs) in a car, which control the engine, air conditioning, steering, camera, brakes, wireless communication and other systems to form an in-vehicle network system. When a car is working, a large amount of information needs to be exchanged between different nodes, and there are both high-speed signals and low-speed signals. In order to improve communication quality and save costs, a large number of bus communication protocols are used in automobiles. I2C and SPI are heavily used in ECUs.
